Eligibility

Account Registration
To access the full features of kl777 â including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses â you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
- Each individual may hold only one registered account on kl777. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, kl777 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals without notice.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are required to promptly update this information if it changes.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. kl777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify kl777 support immediately.
- kl777 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered mobile banking account).
- kl777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity, terms violations, or irregular betting patterns are detected. In cases of account closure due to verified fraud, all balances and pending withdrawals shall be forfeited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
kl777 supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals tailored to the Bangladesh market. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ā§ģ500. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit caps are defined within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account tier. kl777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
- All funds deposited into a kl777 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. kl777 will reject deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and may close the associated account.
- Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of applicable KYC verification. The standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the payment method and time of request. kl777 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- kl777 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any withdrawal request where fraudulent activity is suspected, where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative player balance after applicable bonus wagering requirements are resolved.
- All transactions on kl777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ā§ģ). Currency conversion, where applicable, is the sole responsibility of the player and kl777 does not accept liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
Bonuses and Promotions
kl777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of both the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, per household, and per device (IP address). Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts or through other fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- kl777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has completed the applicable wagering requirements, the player will be notified and any eligible partial withdrawal will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Bonus funds and free spins are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts. Where bonus funds are mixed with real-money funds, wagering will be applied to the bonus portion first in accordance with the applicable bonus terms unless otherwise stated.
- kl777 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms, or any other activity inconsistent with the spirit of a fair and legitimate bonus offer.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kl777 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, entitling kl777 to immediately close any associated account and forfeit all balances:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or otherwise interact with the kl777 service in a manner that is not consistent with normal human use.
- Collusion between players, including any form of coordinated betting, chip dumping in poker or table games, sharing hole cards in live dealer games, or any other form of cooperation designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical malfunction or error are void. Players who discover a malfunction are required to report it to kl777 support immediately.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, using kl777 as a vehicle for the transfer or concealment of illicitly obtained funds, or otherwise using the platform in a manner inconsistent with applicable anti-money laundering law.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform, including impersonating another person or using a stolen identity.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kl777 platform â including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design, selection, and arrangement of the website â is the property of kl777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the kl777 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of kl777.
The kl777 name, brand mark, and associated logos are trademarks of kl777. Unauthorised use of any kl777 trademark, trade name, or logo â including in any domain name, social media handle, promotional material, or third-party advertisement â is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kl777, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kl777 platform â including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses â regardless of whether kl777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, external attack, force majeure, or any other cause outside kl777's reasonable control. kl777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service following any unplanned interruption but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the kl777 platform, including odds, game statistics, promotional content, or any third-party content integrated into the platform. Players use such information at their own risk and are responsible for making their own independent assessment of any bet or wager placed.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the kl777 platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits kl777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
